Shipping policy

General Shipping
Orders from our online shop are shipped by DHL, DPD or Hermes. We offer €5 standard shipping within Germany for orders under €85, or free standard shipping within Germany for orders €85 or more.

Note that some original works and special editions require bespoke shipping arrangements, so are excluded from the standard shipping offers above. Further information is supplied on the descriptions of these products.

Click & Collect
We also offer a free “Click & Collect” service for customers who would rather pick up their order from our museum shop at Oranienburger Straße 54, Berlin. You can choose between shipping and order collection during checkout. 

Orders are usually packed and ready to ship or collect the next morning, and you will receive an email when your order is shipped or ready to collect. 

International Shipping
We do not ship internationally at the moment, but are considering doing so in the future.
