Return Policy

All online and in-store orders can be returned for a refund within 14 days. 

Online orders: 
Email shop.berlin@fotografiska.com with your order number and reason for return, then await further instructions. 

In-store orders: 
Bring your receipt to our store and our staff will assist you with the return. 

Conditions for returns: 

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. 

  • Include your receipt of purchase. 

  • We recommend shipping insurance to cover potential damages during transit, as damages may void your right of return. 

Non-returnable items: 

  • Consumables (e.g. food and beverage items) 

  • Cosmetics (e.g., perfumes) 

  • Framed posters 

Original and return shipping costs for these items will not be reimbursed. 

Damaged items: 
If your item was damaged during shipping, we will provide a replacement or full refund. Email shop.berlin@fotografiska.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged goods within one week of receipt.
